- We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of receiving the order.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time:
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect to receive it within 2 business days.
Shipping Fees:
- Shipping is free for all orders over AED 500.
- For orders below AED 500, a flat shipping rate will be applied.
Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
Failed Deliveries:
- If there is any issue with the delivery of your order, such as incorrect address details or if you are unavailable to receive the package, we will attempt to contact you and reschedule delivery.
