We recommend taking before/after photos and lifting half of your face to compare. Results are cumulative and optimal results are achieved with regular use.

We recommend using our devices once in a 24-hour period, for 5 to 15 minutes per treatment.

For the first 60 days we recommend using the device 5 times per week; after 60 days or after desired results are met, we recommend 2-3 times per week for maintenance.
